What are the shipping times based on product availability?Updated 3 days ago

🕐 All days and times mentioned below are in French mainland time.

Our business days are Monday to Friday. Parcels are either collected by the carrier (La Poste, DPD) or dropped off at a Mondial Relay pick-up point, Monday to Friday as well.

• Product in stock — order placed before midnight: your parcel is dispatched for collection or drop-off the next day, if it is a business day. Otherwise, it is dispatched at the next available business day.
• Product being restocked — your parcel is dispatched no later than the next business day after the item arrives at our warehouse.
• Made-to-measure boots — allow 4 to 8 weeks for manufacturing.
• Other made-to-order or personalised items — the lead time is specific to each workshop and will be communicated to you at the time of ordering.

Example: an order placed on Friday at 11 pm will be dispatched for collection on the following Monday.

As soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will be notified by email, by SMS if you live in France and have provided us with a phone number, and by WhatsApp if you use this service.
