Your right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw, without having to justify your decision. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.

How to proceed

Submit your return request directly from your customer account.

We will then provide you with a return form that must be included with your parcel — without this document, the parcel cannot be accepted.

Your refund

Once the item is received in good condition, we will refund you the full amount paid, including outward delivery costs, using the original payment method.

Return costs remain your responsibility, except in cases of error on our part or if the item is defective.

Exceptions

Only personalised items, made-to-measure or custom-made products (boots, saddles) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
