Choosing your pick-up point — the selection is made on the order confirmation page, immediately after payment. You choose a single pick-up point.

Changing your pick-up point or switching to home delivery — this is possible only before the parcel is dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible.

If the new delivery method is more expensive, a supplementary invoice will be sent to you: home delivery and pick-up point delivery do not have the same pricing.

The pick-up point I want does not appear in the list — this usually means that the pick-up point is closed, at full capacity, or temporarily unavailable, or that the carrier’s platform is experiencing a technical issue. This display does not depend on us: it comes directly from the systems of La Poste, DPD, or Mondial Relay.

You can write to us, and we will look into what can be done — but we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific pick-up point. We work closely with our carriers to ensure you can choose the most convenient pick-up point for you.
