What warranty applies to my purchases?Updated 3 days ago

All new products we sell come with two statutory warranties, which are free and automatic, and which we are required to provide as the seller:

• The legal warranty of conformity — 2 years from the date of receipt. This covers conformity defects: products that do not match their description, are unusable, or develop a fault within this period.

• The warranty against hidden defects. This covers defects that were not detectable at the time of purchase and which make the product unfit for its intended use.

These warranties apply regardless of the manufacturer and are in addition to any commercial warranty offered by the brand, which never replaces them.

To make a warranty claim, please write to us with a photo of the defect and your proof of purchase.

Depending on the situation, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or a refund. Some manufacturers require a preliminary assessment: we will handle the process and keep you updated.

💬 Even outside of any warranty — for older products, normal wear and tear, or accidents — please still get in touch. We often find a solution: repair, spare parts, or guidance to a competent workshop.
