Damaged parcel: If you notice upon delivery that the box is damaged, you must state this to the delivery driver (or refuse the parcel) and take photos. Contact us immediately at [email protected].
Lost parcel: If the tracking indicates an anomaly or the parcel does not arrive, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is officially declared lost by the transport provider, we will offer to either resend the same items or provide a full refund.
