How do I make a return?Updated 5 hours ago

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, clean (free of hair and dust), and in their original packaging with all tags attached.


For faster processing, Sellerie Bucéphale has enabled automated return requests. Log in directly to your customer account via the URL: account.selleriebucephale.com. You will be able to select the items to return and track the progress of your request in real time.


Return by post

If you are unable to use the portal, contact our customer service team at [email protected] or on +33 6 44 60 09 46 to start the return process, providing your order number. Prepare your parcel and drop it off at a post office or collection point.

Please note: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective item.


Return in-store / Warehouse

You can go directly to our warehouse in Orange (84100) by appointment to drop off your parcel, presenting your order confirmation as proof of purchase. All items must have their original tags attached.


Refund procedure

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (bank card, PayPal, etc.) within a few days.


Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (bits, opened grooming products, brushes) or if they are customised items. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page or during your order.
