Speed is key. We often prepare orders very quickly to guarantee fast deliveries, so you must contact us immediately if you have made a mistake:

If the order has not yet been handed over to the carrier, it will be cancelled and refunded free of charge. If it has already been dispatched, refuse the parcel upon delivery, or do not collect it if it has been delivered to a collection point. If you have already collected or received the parcel, you will then need to follow a standard return procedure.
Please note: in the event of a refused, uncollected, or returned parcel, return fees may still apply.
